Preparation

So as we near the birth of our child, we took some time to think about what we would need for our child to be prepared for this world.

During the pregnancy, my found a special product that is a "prenatal curriculum that is designed to strengthen your baby's learning capabilities with naturally derived audio lessons." It is called #BabyPlus. Apprently, it is approved by medical professionals to aid in promoting better and greater creativity and independence. It has been reported that it also promotes regular sleep/wake cycle of the baby and become quite consistent at an early age in the infant's life. And many other numerous beneficial reasons. From our experience, we have noticed that when following a diligent regimen, the baby kind of craves for the beats that the #BabyPlus has by feeling the baby tap the belly in a rhythmic pattern similar to what is heard from the device on the days that the baby has a day or two of rest from the regimen. If anybody is interested i have provided a link below this paragraph that will direct you to amazon where you can buy it.

As for where the baby sleeps, we have decided to go with something that we can have right next to our bed so that we can just turn toward the crib and be in reach of the child. The product is called #Arm's Reach Concepts Mini Ezee 2-in-1 Bedside Bassinet. What is so cool about this crib/bassinet is that one side of the bassinet has a padded rail that drops down that will allow for us to just turn in bed to have ease to access the baby. For anybody worried that that baby could possibly roll out or tip the bassinet, the bassinet butts up directly to the bed and has an anchor that attaches the bassinet to the bed. I have place a link of this product just below this paragraph.

Finally, the last and one of the most important things needed for the baby was the Car Seat. Why is a car seat so important in our preparation? Well... We found out that the hospital will not allow the parents to take their baby home without a car seat. Now there were TONS of car seats in many different varieties. I would suggest finding one of course that is the safest for your child. What we also looked into for a car seat was the ease of installation into a car. Out of the many car seats, we decided to go with one of the #Graco Car Seats. It is specifically called the Graco Fastaction Fold Jogger Click Connect Baby Travel System. What is nice about it? It is more than just a car seat. It is a combo deal. It comes with a stroller! And not just any stroller, it is a jogger stroller. That means you can use it when you want to go out and do a nice jog around the block or park for exercise with your baby. The stroller is also super easy to fold down and lightweight to carry and stow away in the trunk of your car/suv. Also, it is easy to install the car seat, and it feels very secure which put me at ease for my baby's safety in the car when driving around. I have provided a link to this product just below this paragraph.

I know there are many other things that I could go through that we got that are in preparation for our soon to be baby, but I don't want to drag out this particular post. I hope someone finds these products helpful in their hunt for necessary baby stuff.
